i walked into this dream
or was it a dream

it was all so..
..so unrealistically perfect..

it all fell together
except for her

she made it so..
..so dreamlike

the way the light fell
..it was just so
..so manipulated

soft
glowing
highlighting
shining

i couldnt look away
it drew me in

softly
surely

how can light be manipulated?
dreams i'd say..
..are a manipulation of the reality

a reality that we might want to see
perhaps a reality which we only want to see
not wish for

its a safe haven
whats the worst that can happen
you can wake up

but this was real
there was no waking up
or so it seemed
